Information we process
For the waitlist we store your email address, registration and confirmation times, registration status, optional marketing choice and its confirmation time, policy version, campaign parameters (UTM), and the referring website’s origin. Please avoid putting personal information in campaign links.
Cloudflare processes network and browser information to host and protect the website. Our application uses a daily changing hash of your IP address for short-lived rate limiting. Turnstile checks browser signals to reduce automated abuse.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your email to verify your request, manage the waitlist and send beta access updates you requested. Where GDPR applies, these messages rely on your consent. Optional product news and tips require separate consent. We rely on legitimate interests to secure the service and prevent spam. You can withdraw consent using the email preferences link or by contacting us.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 storage in the EU and Turnstile. Resend processes email addresses and message content for delivery through the configured Ireland sending region and its delivery providers. SALEFDE LLC is located in the United States. Providers may process information internationally under their applicable data processing terms and transfer safeguards.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 processes page visits, campaign information, device/browser information and interactions. Google may process information in the United States and other countries. We do not send your email or confirmation tokens to analytics. Email open and click tracking is disabled.
Retention
Pending registrations are removed after 30 days. Confirmed waitlist records are retained for up to 24 months after confirmation. Unsubscribed records are removed after 30 days. Expired records are cleaned when the waitlist service handles requests. Rate-limit data expires within two days. A verified deletion request removes the active waitlist record immediately. Provider delivery records and recoverable database backups follow the providers’ own retention schedules.
Your choices and rights
The private preferences link in your email lets you unsubscribe from all waitlist messages or delete your waitlist data. You may also email us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object where applicable. We may need to verify your email ownership. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

Optional analytics starts only after you accept it. You can reject it or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences on every page. Necessary local storage records your cookie choice. See our Cookie Policy.
Age and changes
The waitlist is intended for people aged 16 or older. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page.
